Oregon Flower Growers Association (OFGA) operates the Grower’s Market in the Portland Flower Market. We are a grower-owned and self-governing association. We offer wholesale and trade customers, plants, flowers, greens, and related products.

All of our growers have their own locations within the Grower’s Market where they rent space – similar to farmer’s markets throughout the city. Many of them are present in person to do business with you. Look for them specifically on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday early in the morning.

You may pay for your purchases directly to the grower or at the market check-out desk.

Oregon Flower Growers Association History (OFGA)

The Association was founded in 1941; some of the original charter members are still active participants at OFGA.

Until 1989, Oregon Flower Growers Association maintained a Grower’s Market within the old Flower Market building on SE Grand Ave. In September, 1989 a new facility was constructed on Swan Island measuring 120,000 sq. ft. Oregon Flower Growers Association occupies 20,000 sq. ft. directly in the center of the building. It is organized along the lines of a farmer’s produce market, where each grower has a separate stall in which to display his or her products.
